We’ve been working hard for many years to try and make things easier for our policy holders, and finding your policy documents is one of the things we get asked about the most. So we’ve introduced a new tool to save you time and hassle when you need to find your documents.
Retrieve Your Policy Documents
One of the features of our new ERGO Assistant is the new Retrieve Policy Details page. From here you’ll be able to download or view your policy documents wherever you are, so you won’t need to worry about finding that piece of paper you printed or that email you accidentally deleted.
What details will I need to access my policy information?
If you have your policy number with you (which we always recommend you do) then you can use this and your Post Code to access the documents via the new Retrieve Policy Details page.
If you don’t have your policy number to hand, you can access the documents using the email address that you entered at the time of purchasing the policy. The information will then be sent to that email address, so if you have access to your emails that would be beneficial for this option.
What is the ERGO Assistant?
As well as helping you to find your policy documents, the new ERGO Assistant will also allow policy holders to locate the nearest Euro-Center approved medical facilities, download claims forms and even contact us with a couple of a clicks straight from your smartphone or tablet.
The new tool is available on a desktop as well as being suitable for accessing through a phone or tablet. So wherever you are, you only need an internet connection to be able to access all of these features.
