If something goes wrong on your trip, here’s what to do. This page has all the ERGO travel insurance claims forms you’ll need to make a claim.

For urgent or emergency medical help, contact our 24/7 assistance team. Their number is in your policy wording.

Your policy also explains what to do for urgent and non-urgent medical treatment. Always carry your policy documents and an European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) (if still valid) or Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) during your trip.

ERGO travel insurance claims

If you wish to make a claim, simply download and complete the appropriate form and return with all supporting documentation. The address to send it to can be found on page one of the claim form.

We would recommend that you read through the guide on the first page of the claim form so that we can deal with your claim as swiftly as possible.

Some claims require different information to be provided, so please ensure you are using the correct form when making a claim. If in doubt, please call the claims team. The telephone number and opening hours can be found in your policy wording.
