Policy Options

You can choose between Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip policies. Cover is available for travel to both European and Worldwide destinations. This includes high-cost regions like the USA.

Levels of Cover

There are three levels of cover available:

Element (basic)

Protect (standard)

Optimum

Each level has different benefit limits. You can select the one that suits your needs based on your trip type and health status.

Medical Screening

You must complete a medical screening before purchase. This involves declaring any pre-existing medical conditions either online or over the phone. Based on what you tell us, we’ll let you know if we can cover you. We’ll also tell you if any terms, exclusions, or other costs apply.

Medical Help

All policies include 24/7 emergency medical help. This gives you access to a global network of healthcare providers. Where possible, we’ll arrange and pay for treatment directly with the provider. In other cases, you may need to pay costs upfront and claim them back later.
