Claims: If something goes wrong, here’s what to do

If the unfortunate should happen on your trip, you’ll need to know what to do next. This page contains all of the ERGO travel insurance claims forms you will need, should you need to make claim on your travel insurance policy.

If you wish to make a claim, simply download and complete the appropriate form and return with all supporting documentation. The address to send it to can be found on page one of the claim form.

Some claims require different information to be provided, so please ensure you are using the correct form when making a claim.
